The original, your changes, and who made them. All of it sits in a tamper-proof audit trail that no one can edit or erase.

A matter isn't a folder. It moves. IzyLaw follows it in one model: the conflict check, the tasks, the deadlines, the documents, the decisions. A matter can't move from draft to open until the conflict check has run and you've cleared it, on the record.
